THE BEAUTY IN VULNERABILTY

Lira is Slovenian artist who works primarely with watercolours, but also loves to draw or mix both in her signature use of combining watercolours and graphite. Using these mediums, her work usually combines realistic portraiture with fantasy or surreal narrative, trying to communicate the complexity of emotions and worlds we have inside. She is inspired by the nature within and around us: “I am playing with idea of the layers in us. Layers of beauty, growth, destruction and healing. Beauty in vulnerabilty”.
