GROTESQUE HYPERREALISM AND DETAILED SCIENTIFIC ILLUSTRATIONS

Marco Filicio Marinangeli, also known as Tigno, was born in Fermo, Italy. After the achievement of the arts high school leaving certificate in ‘Restoration and Cultural Heritage’, he went to Macerata. He took part in the 26th and the 27th International Biennial of Humorism in the ‘Art of Tolentino’. Marco Marinangeli took part in several exhibition in Italy and showed illustrations inspired to the Isaac Singer’s tales and The Good Lion, a tale of Ernest Hemingway. He still collaborate with a group of artists known as ‘Uomini nudi che corrono’. With them, he takes part in a lot of artistical events, art exhibitions and contests.
